Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhalt:
Wertpapierrecht und kapitalmarktrechtliche Bezüge, Wettbewerbs- und Immaterialgüterrecht

Methoden:
Interaktiver Vortrag unter besonderer Beachtung der praktischen Aspekte des Rechtsgebiets. Gemeinsame Lösung von Beispielen und gezielte Vorbereitung auf mögliche Prüfungsfragen.

Ziele:
Vorbereitung auf die Modulprüfung Unternehmensrecht und auf den unternehmensrechtlichen Teil der FÜM II.
