Preliminary Meeting: Tuesday, 9 October 2018, 7 pm, SEM 61
There will be a preliminary meeting for all interested students on Tuesday, 9 October 2018 at 7:00 pm, SEM 61. The selection process for the participants will begin on Wednesday, 10 September 2018, 6:00-8:00pm, SEM 61. We will provide you with a short reading list, but no other preparation is required for this meeting.The candidates will also have short, individual interviews on Monday, 15 September 2018, between 6pm to 9pm.

Aims, contents and method of the course
This course prepares selected students for the participation at the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court. During the winter semester students write two skeleton arguments in English. Additionally, they are trained for the oral hearings at the in Frankfurt/Main.
Assessment and permitted materials
Individual evaluation and grading based on the written and oral performance during the preparation for the competition.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The course is open to selected students who want to improve their knowledge of international investment law and arbitration, their oral advocacy and English skills.
