Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This course prepares selected students for participation in the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court, which is scheduled to take place in June 2024.
Assessment and permitted materials
Individual evaluation and grading based on the written and oral performance during the preparation for the competition.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The course is open to selected students who want to improve their knowledge of international investment law and arbitration, their oral advocacy, and English skills.
Examination topics
Coaching of the participants for the written skeleton arguments and preparation for the oral pleadings in Frankfurt by training of presentation skills and topic-related research.
