Grundlagen Allgemeiner Teil I und Besonderer Teil I

Assessment and permitted materials

Anwesenheitspflicht, mündliche Mitarbeit (mind zwei entsprechende Beiträge), positive Absolvierung einer Klausur

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Grundkenntnisse Allgemeiner Teil I und Besonderer Teil I, Erlernen der Fallösungstechnik im Strafrecht anhand von kürzeren und längeren Übungsfällen (insb selbständiges, schriftliches Lösen von Fällen)

Examination topics

Gemeinsames Lösen von kürzeren und längeren Fällen; wichtig ist die Vorbereitung auf die einzelnen Übungsstunden
