Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Joint research and drafting of the two memorials to be filed in March, as well as preparation of the oral pleadings. Use of all online and offline resources for drafting the briefs is expressly encouraged.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Course validation: Participation in both the written and oral phase of the Moot Court will be weighted equally

Interest in Private International LawREGISTRATIONApplications including a transcript of records, a CV and a letter of motivation should be sent to niklas.ludvik@univie.ac.at by September 07 2024 at latest. In the second application round, you will be invited to a personal interview with the coaches. Shortly thereafter, the choice will be made who will be accepted into the PAX Moot Team of the University of Vienna.
