Aims, contents and method of the course

Es werden die grundlegenden Fragen des internationalen Unternehmensrechts behandelt. Insbesondere liegt der Fokus auf Themen wie zum Beispiel internationaler Gesellschaftsmobilität, Anteilsabtretung im Ausland, internationaler Umgründungen und dem internationalen Handelsverkehr. Die genauen Themenblöcke werden auf Moodle bekanntgegeben.

Vorlesung, Diskussion und schriftlicher Abschlusstest.
Die Anmeldung zum Abschlusstest erfolgt separat über u:space.

Mündliche Mitarbeit, Anwesenheit und Abschlusstest.
