Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The students will gain an overview of corporate law and its subareas using practical exercises.

Assessment and permitted materials

Exams and class participation.

An uncommented legal text may be used for the exams.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Participation makes up 50% of the final grade, so students are asked to prepare for the exercise in advance and to actively participate. The total number of employees from all units counts.
