Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Introduction to specific areas of medical law (procedures on corpses, transplantation law, law of involuntary committal of mentally ill patients, fighting communicable diseases ["epidemic law"] including COVID-19, reproductive medicine).
Assessment and permitted materials
Written intermediate test and written final test, both via the plattform Moodle. In the summer term 2022, the tests are planned to be open book.
Resources: unannotated editions of the law, in case of an open book exam, course materials.
Attendance is compulsory. Two unexcused absences are permitted.
