Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Introduction to specific areas of medical law (procedures on corpses, transplantation law, law of involuntary committal of mentally ill patients, fighting communicable diseases ["epidemic law"] including COVID-19, reproductive medicine).
Assessment and permitted materials
Written intermediate test and written final test, both via the plattform Moodle. In this term, the tests will be open book.
Resources: unannotated editions of the law, course materials (open book).
Attendance is compulsory, no-show without justification in the first unit will result in the loss of the allocated place. Two unexcused absences are permitted.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Interim exam (30%) and final exam (70%), 51% of the maximum points must normally be achieved for a positive marking.
