Aims, contents and method of the course

Darstellung des strafrechtlichen Erkenntnisverfahrens (und den damit zusammenhngenden Themen des Rechtsmittelverfahrens)
durch "klassischen" Vortrag (gehalten von einem Richter mit über 40jähriger Berufserfahrung in allen Instanzen, zuletzt als Senatspräsident des Obersten Gerichtshofes) mit möglichst häufiger Einbindung der Hörer mittels Fragen und Aufgabenstellungen
