Aims, contents and method of the course

Active participation in discussion, e-learning and written exam
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students should get to know the different international dispute settlement bodies, including their particularities, and be in the position to compare them with each other.
Examination topics
Students are expected to prepare for the classes already on beforehand by distance-learning (e-learning) and studying the reader. In class, they are expected to actively participate in the discussion.
Reading list
There will be a reader available for purchase at the secretariat as of 16 December 2019. As the preparation of the readers takes some time, please contact Ms. Mittermayer via e-mail (martina.mittermayer@univie.ac.at). The contribution towards expenses are to be paid directly when picking the reader up. Please notice that your ordering is obligatory.
