Aims, contents and method of the course

This course will offer an introduction to the dissemination and use of legal information in various formats.
The course will focus on practical techniques and strategies for research.
Students should find the course useful to prepare for conducting a paper research and writing.
At the end of the course students should be able to find current and retrospective statutes, administrative rules and regulations, administrative decisions, cases and other litigation materials, periodical articles and books in print and online.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

In this follow-up course to JMK I, students will learn the methods of legal research and legal writing.

A major part of the course is dealing with court decisions and their handling
