Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is intended to teach students to what extent climate protection is already anchored in housing law and what could be changed in the future. The focus is on the one hand on tenancy law and on the other hand on condominium law.

2 exams 40 % each
collaboration 20 %

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Regular attendance and the achievement of 51% of the assessment criteria are necessary for the acquisition of a positive course certificate.
Attendance is compulsory in principle (one unexcused absence is possible); please note that unexcused absence in the first unit will result in deregistration.
