Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is intended to offer students the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of EU law and serves as preparation for the oral examinations in EU law (diploma and IREWI). After a digital introductory and preparatory event on 14 October 2024, the course consists of 2 or more mock oral examinations, depending on the course enrollment. Diploma students are tested in German, IREWI students in English.

Assessment and permitted materials

The grade for the exercise is made up of both parts, the case examination and the additional questions. Oral feedback in the examination discussion can be taken into account positively in the assessment. Students must nevertheless attend all three days of the exercise. Unexcused absences will have a negative effect on the grade.
