Sufficient attendance (of course not at all possible seminar dates, more details on Moodle) and presentation on the adopted topic.ASSESSMENT STANDARD
Intellectual penetration of the topic on the basis of sufficient literature research, quality of the written seminar paper or DSA, quality of the presentation and lecture.
Weighting of the partial performances: Presentation (40% of the final grade), participation in discussion (5% of the final grade), written paper (55% of the final grade), i.e. for a grade higher than "sufficient", the presentation AND a written paper are required (can already be the DSA, but does not have to be).

Contents result from the topics chosen/taken over by the participants. In this seminar, the free choice of a legal history topic by the students (after consultation and in agreement with the course leader) is possible, but topic suggestions from all sub-fields of legal and constitutional history are also provided or a topic consultation by the course leader can take place.OBJECTIVES and METHODS:
Students' presentations and their critical discussion, preparation and supervision of a written paper, preferably a DSA (supported by an introduction to scientific work).
