Aims, contents and method of the course
The aim of the course is to provide exam-relevant and in-depth knowledge of European civil procedural law and an insight into the exciting questions of practice. On the basis of these, open and contentious issues will be discussed. The focus of the discussions is on the new Brussels I Regulation (or Brussels Ia Regulation) and international judicial assistance. The content, presented and elaborated in the style of a lecture, is deepened and sharpened with the help of ECJ and Supreme Court case law.
