Inhalte: 1. und 4. Buch UGB. Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz (Lauterkeits- und Immaterialgüterrecht) in Grundzügen

Methoden: Powerpoint-unterstützter Vortrag, Diskussion.

Ziele: Vorbereitung auf die MP Unternehmensrecht sowie auf den unternehmensrechtlichen Teil der FÜM II
