Beurteilt wird primär die Seminararbeit samt deren Präsentation, weiters geht auch die Beteiligung der Teilnehmer (m/w) an den Diskussionen in die Bewertung ein.

Vertiefung der rechtshistorischen Kompetenz, Erlernung der wissenschaftlichen Arbeitstechniken bzw Verbesserung der entsprechenden Fähigkeiten

Vertiefte Beschäftigung mit einer rechtshistorischen Forschungsfrage, Verfassen einer Seminararbeit, Vortrag, Diskussion
