Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the modalities of the law-making process and to the global context of digital law.
To this end, various legal issues related to the use of artificial intelligence will be discussed throughout the course.
The teaching methodology is based on examples and techniques of macro and micro comparative law.

Assessment and permitted materials

Written exam with two open questions. Aids are not allowed.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Course participants must be familiar with the issues raised by the digital technological revolution. The stringency and originality of logical argumentation will be evaluated in addition to knowledge of the course content.

Examination topics

The exam will only be on topics presented and discussed during the course and will take place on 14th December 2023.
