Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziele:

Verständnis der Prinzipien des Datenschutzrechts und deren Anwendung auf
konkrete Sachverhalte mit Internetbezug.

Inhalte:

Datenschutzrechtliche Probleme im Zusammenhang mit dem Internet.

Methoden:

Einführung in die für das Thema relevanten datenschutzrechtlichen
Grundlagen und darauf aufbauende Aufarbeitung des Themas.

Assessment and permitted materials

Die schriftliche Klausur findet am 30.03.2023 statt.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der schriftlichen Klausur am 30.03.2023 (>50%).
