Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim of the mentoring program are socialization at the faculty and the formation of learning and student groups to create a student-friendly environment. This block session is designed to prepare mentor*s with soft skills training. Training topics include the examination of tasks and roles as mentors, leading groups and designing group development processes, and the development of target group-specific topics within the mentoring meetings with the help of exercises in small groups and group discussions.

Assessment and permitted materials

The course will be held in German.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

There will not be a proper exam. However, protocols about the meetings within the mentoring-group and participation in this block session are required.
