Aims, contents and method of the course

Basic knowledge of foreign systems in law of succession and assesment of issues in conflict of laws concerning the law of succession.
Foreign law of succession, unification, conflict of laws.
Lecture, discussion.

Assessment and permitted materials

Mitarbeit, kurzer Test, Klausur, es besteht Anwesenheitspflicht.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Mindestanforderungen: Grundkenntnisse des (österreichischen) Erbrechts.
Beurteilungsmaßstab: Positive Beurteilung bei Erreichen von 51% der Gesamtpunkteanzahl. Davon können Sie bei den einzelnen Leistungskontrollen erlangen: Klausur: 40%, Test: 20%, Mitarbeit: 40%.
