Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Der Anspruch auf ein Übungszeugnis besteht bei positiver Beurteilung entweder der Klausur, der schriftlichen Erörterung des Gerichtsbesuches, einer Hausarbeit oder einer "Mini-Probe-Modulprüfung". Wenn Sie an allen Leistungsnachweisen teilnehmen, bildet die beste Beurteilung die Grundlage für die Note.Wenn Sie in 50% der Übungseinheiten mündlich mitarbeiten, verbessert sich Ihre Note um einen Grad. Wenn Sie in 30 % der Übungseinheiten mitarbeiten, führt dies zur Verbesserung einer Zwischennote (auf eine schriftliche Arbeit oder die Mini-Probe-Modulprüfung) auf die bessere Note.
