Erwerb fundierter Kenntnisse im Erbrecht.

Assessment and permitted materials

Zur freiwilligen Selbstevaluierung wird eine Multiple Choice-Prüfung über Moodle angeboten (separate Anmeldung erforderlich). Die Prüfung wird im Open Book-Format abgehalten, sodass Lehrmaterialien und alle verfügbaren Hilfsmittel herangezogen werden können. Die korrekte Beantwortung der Hälfte der Fragen des Multiple Choice-Tests führt zu einer Beurteilung „mit Erfolg teilgenommen“.
