Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhalte:
Die Bedeutung von Kartell- und Fusionskontrollrecht im Zusammenhang mit der Gestaltung und Durchführung M&A Transaktionen. Warum und inwieweit ist Kartellrecht bei Unternehmenskäufen und Fusionen bedeutsam?

Ziele:
Studenten und Studentinnen sollen mit den wichtigsten Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit M&A einerseits und Kartellrecht andererseits vertraut gemacht werden.
