Aims, contents and method of the course

Darstellung des zivilrechtlichen Umweltrechts (Schwerpunkt: Nachbarrecht, Umwelthaftung, Letztere unter Einschluss der Haftung für Klimaschäden, sachenrechtliche Herausforderungen iZm mit Anlagen erneuerbarer Energie) durch Vortrag und Diskussion

Assessment and permitted materials

Die Leistungskontrolle erfolgt mittels einer (kurzen) Hausarbeit, eines Tests (je 45%) und Mitarbeit (10%).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Für den Erwerb eines positiven Lehrveranstaltungszeugnisses sind regelmäßige Anwesenheit und das Erreichen von 51% der Beurteilungskriterien notwendig.
