In terms of content, this summer semester will focus on recent developments in international investment law, the jurisprudence of the International Court of Justice and of the International Criminal Court. At the first meeting on 10 March we will discuss the topics and the procedure of the seminar. Concrete topics will be proposed and allocated. Participants will write seminar papers which analyse and discuss the respective topics in an academc manner. On 28 May and 4 June, we will have full day meetings at which the seminar papers will be presented and discussed. Every participant will get detailed oral and written feedback.
