Aims, contents and method of the course
Teaching the particular substantive, practical and methodological problems of cross-border family law matters
Assessment and permitted materials
At the end there is a presentation of selected cases by the participants.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
At least three of the four units must be attended; oral participation is highly welcome; paper (presentation)
Examination topics
Lecture and presentation of the participants on the basis of concrete cases.
