Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The participants acquire basic knowledge and skills in legal work. The most important types of legal sources are discussed and where to find them; Both digital and analog methods of literature research are discussed and an insight into the commercial register and land registry is given.
Assessment and permitted materials
The participants give a short presentation (discussion of a supreme court decision), they research literature on their topic and take a short written test.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
50% of the oral presentation is included in the overall grade (25% for the content and 25% for the form); another 25% is accounted for by the literature list and the final test.
Attendance is compulsory in the course.
