Die Studierenden erlangen ein grundlegendes Verständnis dafür, wie in Unternehmungen optimale finanzwirtschaftliche Entscheidungen getroffen werden. Der erste Teil des Kurses befasst sich mit Investitionsentscheidungen unter Unsicherheit, der zweite Teil mit Finanzierungsentscheidungen.Voraussetzung:

Aims, contents and method of the course
The objective of this course is to provide students with an understanding of how to make optimal corporate financial decisions. The first part of the course deals with investment decisions under uncertainty, the second part covers financing decisions.Requirements:

Assessment and permitted materials
Students' grades are based on class participation and on two open-book exams, a midterm exam and a final exam. The results are weighted with 20% calss aprticipation, 40% midterm, and 40% final exam.Both exams are open-book. It is not possible to retake the midterm exam or the final exam.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Notice that ALL EXAMS of the English–speaking groups for this course will ONLY be available in English.The Final grade will be calculated as the weighted average of the results in the written midterm and final examinations.
