Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
ATTENTION: Please note that you will start working on the group project during our fourth session so it is essential that you attend this session. You will have 24h to complete the project (including class time) - PLEASE BLOCK THIS TIME WINDOW TO WORK ON YOUR GROUP PROJECTS (that is, make sure that you are free from other course requirements or work).In addition to the group project, there will also be an individual final paper, which is to be submitted 48h after receiving the instructions in the fifth session. Also please make sure you have this SECOND TIME WINDOW BLOCKED.There will be no individual deadline extensions.Your final grade will be determined based on three components:
• Class participation (max 30 points)
• Group project (max 30 points)
• Individual final paper (max 40 points)You need to achieve a total of at least 50 points in order to pass the class.Please note that TURNITIN will be used in order to test all written coursework (e.g. group and individual papers) for possible plagiarism.

• Apply analytical frameworks to real-world case studies.
• Learn how companies can deal with disruptive changes in their external environment and why some companies succeed or fail in doing this.
• Gain the ability to develop business strategies and make recommendations on how to improve existing ones.

You will have until the end of this day (23:59) to complete the project (including class time).The topic for the individual final project will be given to you on the day of our last session and you will have 24h to complete it.Your final grade will be determined based on three components:
