Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is meant for students who - in the role as entrepreneur, consultant or manager - intend to integrate e-services into a business model. Students develop competence in
• exploiting e-services as part of a business model
• evaluating the qualit of an e-service
• use adequate tools
• evaluate e-service models (e.g. ARCHSECRET, SERVQUAL) from a strategic and tactic point of view a
• evaluate e-service by methods of coding
• design, implement and adapt unique and sustainable e-services

Assessment and permitted materials

group work, single course work, and active in-class participation

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

To pass the course, a minimum of 50 points (out of 100) is required.
