The VK 'Organization and Human Resources' deepens the contents of the accordant EK, which is also the prerequisite for attending the course. We apply organizational theories on case studies. These case studies deal with different alternatives in coordinating economic activities (hierarchy, network, and market). Special focus is put on the organizational structure and organizational processes. Additionally, we practice the controlling in decentralized structures.
