Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
In this course, students will critically discuss studies in the field of labor economics. This area of research involves many interesting topics such as unemployment, discrimination and earnings inequality.Following an introductory session, students will prepare written discussions of research papers and also present them in class.At the end of the course, they will have acquired important writing and presentation skills, which are useful for future assignments such as the Master’s thesis.
Assessment and permitted materials
The assessment is based on the written discussions, the presentations and participation in class. Students are expected to attend all sessions.

- Submission of written discussions within the respective deadlines

Students will discuss research papers in writing and in class presentations.
