Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Written closed form individual Final Exam (100%) at the end of the course. You need to achieve at least 51 points for a pass grade.Note: additional registration for the exam is needed (via UNIVISonline). Details will be explained during the lecture.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
1. To introduce you to the basic concepts in strategic management and organizational theory that can be elaborated upon later in the Master level strategy classes.
2. To provide you with an introductory toolkit of frameworks and tools that can be successfully applied to analyze a firms strategy.
3. To provide you with an opportunity to further develop your skills in analytical thinking and problem solving in the business arena.
