Aims, contents and method of the course
In der Lehrveranstaltung "Applications of eBusiness and eLogistics" werten Studententeams das Verhaltens von Besuchern auf Websites von Business Cases mit Tools aus und/oder erarbeiten Online-Marketingkampagnen. Sie erlernen theoretische Grundlagen zu Search Engine Marketing (SEM) und zur Bewertung der Qualität von eBusiness relevanten Webseiten/-applikationen.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Mindestanforderung: mind. 50% der Punkte zu den Teilleistungen (Reports, Präsentation, Mitarbeit).

Aims, contents and method of the course
Topics like Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Text Analytics are rather broad, encompass different methods, and offer permanently new opportunities for applications in eBusiness. The goal of the course is to deepen the understanding these concepts, learning of possible applications in eBusiness, and knowing how to evaluate the usefulness of the different applications.https://ebusiness.univie.ac.at/lehre/
Assessment and permitted materials
The achievements of the students are evaluated by participation in discussions, concept development for a chosen topic, presentation of the final report and written paper.
