Aims, contents and method of the course

Topic: Strategic Value Management – Konzept und Umsetzung
How do you manage a company with thousands of employees, several business units and a large regional footprint? How are strategic decisions made correctly - and correctly reflected in performance, capital allocation and remuneration? How are risks taken into account? How can the valuation of the capital market be integrated into the decision-making process? What does this mean for the objectives and requirements of corporate management?
This course provides insights into strategic value management using many practical methods and case studies.
