Aims, contents and method of the course

The objective of the course is to provide students with a deeper understanding of the investment management process. The course is focused on the innovative technologies in portfolio management, expectations in capital markets, alternative investments, private wealth management, portfolio management for institutional investors and investment manager selection process. To increase understanding of key concepts and practice decision making skills, we will connect the course content with relevant practice problems.

Assessment and permitted materials

Grades for this course is be based on a final exam (45%), mid-term exam (30%), and class participation (25%).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

To pass the course, you need to achieve an aggregate score of at least 50%.
