Aims, contents and method of the course

In this seminar students from Vienna shall present and discuss recent papers on topics such as: Value of digital rights, systemic risk, church and state, professional service regulation, cost of terrorism.
There will be guest-speakers
ERASMUS MUNDUS students present core ideas of their master theses

Assessment and permitted materials

Assessment follows from quality of presentation + written precis + a discussion paper

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

To get acquainted with new and uncconventional fields of the economic analysis of law
