Der positive Abschluss des Pflichtmoduls 1 (VO Wirtschaftsprivatrecht, VO Finanzwirtschaft für Studierende des EC Entrepreneurship, VO Betriebswirtschaftliches Rechnungswesen für Studierende des EC Entrepreneurship, VO Marketing (für EC EP)) ist Voraussetzung für den Besuch dieser Lehrveranstaltung.

Voraussetzung zur Teilnahme für Studierende des Bachelor Ernährungswissenschaften:
*) VO Einführung in die allgemeine Betriebswirtschaftslehre (3 ECTS) oder KU Betriebswirtschaftslehre - Betriebswirtschaftliche Aspekte ausgewählter soziologischer Bereiche (3 ECTS)
*) VO Betriebswirtschaftliches Rechnungswesen für Studierende des EC Entrepreneurship (3 ECTS)
*) VO Finanzwirtschaft für Studierende des EC Entrepreneurship (3 ECTS)
*) VO Marketing I (3 ECTS)

Aims, contents and method of the course

Target group: Students of the extension curriculum Entrepreneurship
Registration: You have to set points!

The compulsory course is part of the module "(2) From the founding idea to the customer".
Please note the prerequisite chains!

Course content:
The focus of the course is on the following topics:
Company organization, basics of project management, basics of personnel management, company value and business plan (structure, structure)
The core of the course is the application of the theoretical material from the EC Entrepreneurship to a comprehensive, practical example based on a case study.
In the context of this course, special attention is paid to a high level of practical relevance.

Assessment and permitted materials

Certificate of achievement:
The course is continuously assessed. The examination performance is graded as follows: a total of 30% participation, a total of 40% written case study, 30% oral (multiple partial performances are assessed separately).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Minimum 50% attendance
Timely submission of the written case study
Presentation of the case study in the last teaching unit
