Aims, contents and method of the course

Aim:
The primary objective of this course is to establish a foundational understanding among all participants regarding the concept of passion in the workplace. This encompasses exploring its theoretical underpinnings, determining factors, and practical implications.

Method
Lecture, classroom discussion, video clips

Assessment and permitted materials

Midterm Examination: 40% of Total Grade

Final Examination: 40% of Total Grade

Class Project: 20 % of Total Grade

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Students must achieve a combined score of 50% or more on the Class project, midterm, and final exams to pass the course.

Examination topics

Midterm Examination
Tests on the first half of the teaching material.
Includes foundational concepts and theories.

Final Examination
Evaluates understanding of the second half of the teaching material.
Covers the remaining concepts, and theories.
