Aims, contents and method of the course

Es werden zentrale Grundbegriffe und Theorien der Organisation - die Struktur und Funktion von Organisationen, Machtbeziehungen, Stellenwert der Technologie, Entscheidungsprozesse und betriebliche Politik, Geschlechterverhältnis in Organisationen - anhand der Entwicklung der Organisations- und Betriebssoziologie behandelt.

Es werden Grundkenntnisse von Organisationen aus soziologischer Perspektive vermittelt, um damit zu einem umfassenderen Verständnis von Organisationen bzw. Betrieben beizutragen.
