Information
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Minimum requirements
Starting level: A2 (neither proof of language proficiency nor positive certificate from basic course 2 required, but a comfortable A2 starting level is an advantage)Assessment standard
Positive from 60%
90-100%: Grade 1 (very good)
80-89%: Grade 2 (good)
70-79%: grade 3 (satisfactory)
60-69%: Grade 4 (sufficient)
0-59.9%: Grade 5 (not sufficient)Presence
Regulation of the compulsory attendance of students in the exam-immanent (pi) courses.
Attendance in courses with an immanent examination character is compulsory and represents a minimum requirement of this course.
This applies to all sub-areas of the course: preliminary discussion and weekly course units. This means that registered students who do not appear in the first preliminary meeting without giving a reason will be cancelled by the course instructor and thus lose their place in the course. Students on the waiting list can then be included in the course.
Students may miss a maximum of 4x in 30 teaching units pi courses of 90 minutes (WK I, II, GK I, GK II). Further absent hours lead to a cancellation of the course after presentation of a medical confirmation.
Registered students who have not cancelled the course within the specified period and who drop out of the course for no good reason will be assessed negatively.
Registered students who drop out of the course during the semester for an important reason (e.g. illness or hospitalization) must report this immediately to the course instructor and will be informed by the course instructor upon presentation deregistered with a medical certificate.
