Aims, contents and method of the course

Es werden mit Hilfe von Theorieblöcken, Fallstudien und Aufgaben wesentliche in der Praxis angewandte Instrumente des Controlling vorgestellt. Beispiele hierfür sind Abweichungsanalysen, Preiskalkulationen, Planungs- sowie Steuerungsrechnungen.
