Assessment and permitted materials

The performance assessment is based on multiple-choice tests on Moodle (10% = 4 points) and two written exams with open questions (45% each = 18 points each, duration of each exam: 45 minutes) in German at the end of the course. From 21 points on, the course is positively completed.
Six multiple-choice tests on Moodle will be used to check your participation. These are available 24 hours before each unit. One cooperation point can be earned per test (prerequisite: more than 50% of the questions answered correctly). A maximum of four cooperation points can be earned in the course.

The use of unannotated law editions and non-electronic dictionaries is allowed in the test (Post-Its: only unlabeled! - neither numbers nor headings are allowed; different colors, sizes are allowed). Attendance is compulsory throughout; students may be released from compulsory attendance for a total of one unit for good cause. In the 1st unit, attendance is compulsory without exception. Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The participants should be taught the approach to facts of everyday business life.The course is covered by practice-related cases in general business law, business-related transactions, consumer protection law and in the international Sale of Goods law (CISG).

Student collaboration in the course is encouraged.
