Introduction to important methods in management accounting including deviation analysis, pricing, planning and control.
Methods: theory, case studies and exercises

Assessment and permitted materials

Online discussions, 2 problem sets, written final exam (in-house)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Mandatory presence at the online introductory meeting.
4 flipped classrooms [4x4%]
2 problem sets (in Excel):
problem set 1 [20%]: submission date 21.11.2021. In order to receive a positive grade, you have to achieve 40% of the total score.
problem set 2 [24%]: submission date 19.12.2021.
1 written final exam [40%]: 21.01.2022.
