Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This seminar's key objective is to equip students with a profound knowledge on international negotiation processes. It will provide the students with an understanding of different theories of the negotiation process and the application of these theories to a variety of settings. We will focus on different aspects of negotiation processes such as the effect of culture on negotiation processes, negotiation support, mediation of negotiation processes, the influence of individual characteristics on negotiation processes and outcomes, etc.

Examination topics
The students have to prepare a seminar paper to a specific topic and give a presentation in-class. The grading is based on the presentation of the paper, participation during the seminar and the quality of the seminar paper.
