Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course covers recent research contributions in several fields of supply chain analysis and coordination. A focus will be on the analysis of complex distributed decision making problems in supply chains and computational methods for decision support.

Assessment and permitted materials

Short presentations and term project.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The topics of the course will be introduced using state-of-the-art overview articles (De Kok/Graves 2003) and then be highlighted by the study of recent research papers in the respective field. The objective is to give both, an overview of research fields, typical research methodology, and to inspire own work in the field.
