Die Lehrveranstaltung "FK KFK eB: Selected topics of Human Resource Management" vermittelt vertiefende Kenntnisse über Probleme und Methoden des Personaleinsatzes in Produktions- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen. Es werden ausgewählte Kapitel der Personal- und Ressourceneinsatzplanung, des Projektmanagements, Netzplantechnik, Schichtplanung und Rostering behandelt, sowie Fragen des Arbeitszeitmanagements und der Arbeitszeitgestaltung erörtert. Im Rahmen der Lehrveranstaltung werden ausgewählte Probleme der Schichtplanung bearbeitet.

At conclusion of this course, students will be able to categorise areas of labour scheduling, shift design, labour standards and job design. Furthermore, they will be able to apply quantitative methods and software tools to support decision-making processes in human resource scheduling, capacity decisions, work force management. Methods of instruction are designed to develop a knowledge base, enhance critical thinking, create an awareness of strategic value, and provide practical operations-related skills. Participation includes case studies, exercises, problems, and exams.
The course covers 2 hours per week in winter-term, worth 2 ECTS point per hour, and totals with 4 ETCS points.*Content*
