Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The lecture investigates the reciprocal relationship between law and the economy. It will be shown how economic methods are introduced and applied in modern law and how the law shapes behaviour of the economic agents. We will focus on the following topics: Property Law, Antitrust Law, Contract Law, Tort Law and Crime Law. In the second half of the lecture we will have a closer look on the implications of Environmental Law.

Every lesson is devided in three parts: Presentation of the lecturer, presentation of the students, solution of the exercise.
